I signed up for a HP Instant Ink 100 pages per month plan the day I bought and setup our HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer. My printer can't print color anymore because its non-black print cartridges have run out. I was expecting my HP Instant Ink plan to mail me replacement cartridges but I haven't received any. My account status page doesn't indicate that HP has mailed out replacement cartridges either. My cartridges ran out of ink more than two weeks ago. How do I troubleshoot this issue? Is there a way to find out if my printer failed to tell HP Instant Ink that its non-black cartridges have run out?
