I keep getting the same error message when I try to print something.  "Load paper".

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are getting a message to load paper when you try to print. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know how is the printer connected to your computer? (USB or wireless.)

Have you selected the correct paper tray in the print settings?

 

Request you try the steps suggested in this HP Article and let me know how it goes.
