Microsoft Windows XP

I bought new ink for my printer, same as always: 950XL and I am getting message that says "incompatible ink cartridge"  I put the empty one back in and I did not receive the error message, it read it as empty, I exchanged the new one for another and got the same incompatible message.

Hi @rainbow23,
Yes, I tried all of that before I posted here. I don't want to have to buy a new carriage, I don't feel it's the issue because the old ink cartridge is recognized. I have tried 3 new ones and none worked. I'm at my wits end with it. 😞

Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested steps, recommend you contact our phone support for assistance in getting the cartridges replaced.
