So I joined the hp instant ink for the printer to automatically order ink when it's running low. Come to change the ink and the cartridge is bigger then the one that's in. The one that's in the printer is 302, he ones go have sent is 63/302 which is a lot bigger.

Question is how can the printer send the wrong ink type or an I not pushing it in enough. Don't wanna break the printer by forcing it in when it doesn't look the same as the original.
And need the printer asap!!

Hi @Hayley09

The Instant Ink cartridges are larger! Take a look at the following video for help installing: Installing and Using HP Instant Ink Cartridges into your HP Envy or Officejet All-in-One Printer

Please let me know if this resolves your inquiry.

Cheers,
Lisa
