Ink system failure error

I just replaced all my ink cartridges with new ones. Now when I try to print I get a message on the device "Ink system failure. Turn printer off then back on." I've done that, I've unplugged everything, waited and replugged, etc. Nothing works. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
