Install cannot "Find Product" to install

HP Recommended
HP1536dnf MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this printer (HP1536 dnf MFP) working fine on my office desktop. I am trying to install on another desktop. I am connected through the home netwrok, homegroup is fine, I can "see" the office computer on my home network.  Cannot see the printer.

 

But when I try to install with the latest drivers and install package through "Connect through a network (HP web services capable)", I keep getting "Network Product(s) Not Found"  "Product was not found on local network"

 

I have tried

*Disable firewall

*Printer is turned on

*opened a "Config Report" on printer

     tried to connect with "Host Name"

     tried to connect with "Hardware Address

     could not find the IP address to try to connect Config repot says  "IP Adress enabled"

*I am connected to my network.
