Installation problem on Windows 10 - Officejet 8500 -- got error message about firewall unblock UDP

Officejet 8500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I got a problem regarding the installation  of my trusty Officejet 8500.  It is perfectly fine under Windows 7.

Now, I got a new system with Windows 10 Pro - 64-bit.   I downloaded the latest driver, and I got error message..  about "printer discovery problems - detected .  If using firewall software,  verify if UDP 427 port is unblocked.    "

I had Kaspersky installed, now I completely uninstalled it.  And even disabled the Windows Firewall, I still run into this message.  So, now I turn the windows firewall back on.  .. but add the port setting..   and it still have the same problem.

I use the command line " netstat -an " to check which ports about open ...  it shows open..  Attach are my screen shots.

The ONLY way to install the printer is to use the Windows Default method . ...   Go to --  Settings -- Device -- Add a Printer .

Yes.. It would add the printer.  But it does not add the scanner driver..

So, I havd 2 questions.

1.)  How to install the full drivers correctly, and bypass the "firewall message"  .

2.)  If I use the Windows default method to install the printer, is there scanner only driver, so I can install the scanner separately ?

Would someone please help me out?

yes,  I search around this forum, and found other users with similar problems with either the same printer or different problem...   However, none of the solution works for me.

Thanks
