Gosh! We pay a monthly subscription for Instant Ink so that HP monitors the printer and sends a new cartirdge BEFORE the ink runs out. Guess what! We have run out of ink and HP hasn't sent out a replacement. We have urgent printing to do and we can't even get in touch with HP because it values its customers so much that it isn't open on bank holidays! Hopefully someh=one in HP monitors these posts since I can't find any way t oget in touch with HP as its IT systems keep rejecting me cos it's call centre isn't open.
