Gosh!  We pay a monthly subscription for Instant Ink so that HP monitors the printer and sends a new cartirdge BEFORE the ink runs out.  Guess what!  We have run out of ink and HP hasn't sent out a replacement.  We have urgent printing to do and we can't even get in touch with HP because it values its customers so much that it isn't open on bank holidays!  Hopefully someh=one in HP monitors these posts since I can't find any way t oget in touch with HP as its IT systems keep rejecting me cos it's call centre isn't open.

You are correct; many companies are closed on this very important national holiday in the USA.

Depending on your location, you may be able to contact Cloud Services (for USA / Canada) -- it is likely that Cloud Services staff are also allowed to observe the Memorial Day holiday in the USA.

For the future, you can monitor your ink levels in the Printer Assistant shortcut icon on your Desktop.

 

Because the printing cannot wait, consider taking the printing jobs to a local print shop.
