Hi there. I am trying to register my new printer with the Instant Ink programme. I've followed all the steps until the last: It asks me to hold down the ePrint icon, wait for the page to be printed and then copy the code at the bottom of the page to identify my printer so they can send me the correct ink when mine gets low. But there is no code on the printed page.

If the information sheet lists an email such as email@example.com, then the printer claim code is the number and characters before @hpeprint.com. For example, abc234vbn3434 would be the printer claim code.
