Document feeder not working.  Printer purchased 9/18/16.  Want to have it repaired under one year limited warranty.

Hi - It looks like you'll need to fill out the Contact Support Form to get the different support options (including a phone number for support) for your printer.  They'll likely want to troubleshoot as well to make sure there isn't anything they can do to resolve the issue, without having to send it in for service.  If they confirm that it does need service, the support tech can make all of the arrangements.

I did fix the document feeder by following the instructions sent by another expert on how to clean the rollers.  I will keep your suggestion in mind for filling out a contact supportform if I have any problems in the future than I cannot solve myself.  Thanks you for your help.
