Today I had a word with the customer care executive Mr. Niraj (Case ref. ID: 5000307776).
As per him Hp don't provide support for head replacement. After answering his couple of question, Hp executive over the phone told us that, Head of printer need to change and that will not comes under onsite warranty, we need to dismount this head from the ploter and had to visit to customer support centre based at our city. And had to follow many procedure like invoice copy of ploter, written complain of printer on our letterhead, sample of page along with head.
Now, we are not technical people and if in case during dismounting Head, if printer got damage then who will be responsible, and we had invested almost two and half lac rupees on this ploter and this printer comes with onsite warranty, and now as a after sales support HP saying that for head we need to dismount it at own and had to visit HP support centre.
Is that we did mistake by buying HP ploter???????
You are asking so many detail like invoice, written complain on letter head...do think we are thief ...such behaviour was not expected from HP.
