Hi,
I changed my catridges this week, both the black and the colour, both are original HP products, and no refil, but once the new catridges are in, the printer started printing like the one given below. Not even the alignment page is clean. I removed the catridges couple of times, and i even used a soft tissue to clean the face of the catridges, but no change in the printing.
Can anyone help with a fix to this problem.
