Just got error code 0x61011bef. Not found on the official HP website. Help!

I own HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless Printer A909

Operating System:  Windows 7 32-bit

Error message:  0x61011bef

No recent changes.

also am experiencing jams every time I try & double-side print.  I have tired different types of paper, cleaned printhead, & loaded paper at different levels in the paper tray -- all of which does not solve the problem.

Finally, it's been producing extra sheets before AND after printing for not good reason.  If the item I'm printing is ONE PAGE, it prints one or two blank pages, then the document I want printed, followed by 54 to 6 blank pages.

I'm about ready to send this HP printer packing!!  Any & all help would be appreciated!!!
