Kundenseitenformat

HP Recommended
HP8610
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Ich kann nicht auf das neu definierte Seitenformat über unterschiedlichtste Programme zugreifen, da es nicht angezeigt wird. Definiert wurde es über die "Druckerservereigenschaften".

I had defined a new printer format via printer server (24cm x 17cm). But if I want to choose that over for esample Incspace I can't see this new format. I can't understand why this is so difficult?? I use windows 7 64bit. My printer is a HP8610.

Hello, @jay2017 – Hope you are well 🙂

Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

Going through your post, I am not very sure of the issue that you are facing. Are you having difficulty printing using a specific paper size (24cm * 17cm)? Is the printer printing the regular documents? Please do reply with the details.

If the issue is while printing a specific paper size, try creating a custom paper size. You can find the required steps here: http://hp.care/2emJU3E

Let me know if that helps!

Cheers 🙂
