LASER JET M603

The printer is getting fuser error 50.92.11. It only happen three time from what the event log say. I try to look this up in the  service book but there is not any 50.92.11 in there.

Re: LASER JET M603

Your right it isn't in the manual, by common sense tells us it's in the fuser. Call HP to see if you can get a warranty fuser.

Re: LASER JET M603

Hello, I have noticed this is more and more a common issue with these machines. The error is in regards to heating, you can replace the fuser, and I have had this issue already, but if the error comes back after replacing the fuser, reseat connectors to the dc controller, also, before replacing fuser try a component test to see if everything turns.

Hope this helps....

Re: LASER JET M603

Hi,

You should chek the outlet, need to connect this printer to standard power source not a protective one.

Re: LASER JET M603

Please ensure that the printer is not connected to UPS(uninterrupted Power supply ) , it is also observed that above errors or 50.22.11 gets resolved after the printer is connected to direct power source (RAW Power ) .
