Laserjet M252dw not printing

HP Recommended
M252Dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought this printer 2 weeks ago and everything worked fine out of the box.  The printer is connected to my computer via wireless.  I attempted to print a report off of the internet.  The screen showed "Printing Document" but nothing printed.  I'm getting a 49 error.  I have updated the driver.  For some reason, it loads the PCL6 driver which I have read causes problems.  I've also updated the firmware. but always obtain the same results.  I have a tax business and a bookkeeping busines so it's critical that this printer works.  My last printer was a Xerox Phaser 6500 that I used for 5 years with no issues until 2 weeks ago.  I am aggravated that there are no contact numbers to call, so I hope I can get some help on this forum that will fix my printer.  I don't want to have to spend another $280 to get a new printer.  You would expect a printer to last more than 2 weeks.  Please help.
