Does somebody know the meaning of this error message ?

I'm not able to reset this message even I tried to switch off and on again

several times as recommented

If the printer is not plugged directly into the wall socket plug it directly in bypassing surge protector and see if that solves the issue. If it does not then the low voltage power supply needs to be replaced. If under warranty call hp to find a local service provider. If not under warranty, below is the part needed if you want to try it yourself.

Low voltage power supply PC board assembly - Input voltage 110VAC-127VAC RM1-9034-000CN
Low voltage power supply PC board assembly - Input voltage 220VAC-240VAC RM1-9036-000CN

Good day Sir,

 

I have same problem with my Laserjet Pro 400 MFP 451dn, I applyed all this commands but it doesnt work. my cpu voltage is 230vt, model Dell GX optiplex 755 win xp sp3, Please help me how  can I fix this error, no HP service center avaible here.
