What is the best way to store my printer for several months so I will not damage print heads?  I stored my old one 2 months , damaged the heads,  no replacement parts available,  had to buy new printer.  Should I take out the ink?  How to prevent drying??

@Seeker65,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you wanted to know how to store your HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer for several months.

This printer cannot be stored once you start using it. You need to print at least once in 10 days.

You have a good day ahead.
