M602 can't update firmware, requires non-blank administrator password

Trying to update the firmware on my M602 and I can't seem to change any information. It says this:

"To use this page, a non-blank administrator password must be set on the General Security page under the Security tab."

I can't edit the information under that tab.

I tried changing the old password by mistake. I just put "Password" in the 'new password' and 'verify' fields
