Solved!

MAC not printing from WIFI

HP Recommended

System - MAC 10.9.1 Maverics

Printer - HP office jet 4620 all in one

Can print with USB cable attached

Can print over the internet (email address)

Printer attached to 802. wireless and IPv4 settings

Printer can be seen on BT home hub as attached to the network

Unable to set up wifi settings since HP printer update and OS Maverics, have also noticed that iphone and ipad are now unable to locate printer when they used to with ease.

I have tryed ove rthe last couple of days to enable WiFi but with no success by using HP help list of what to do with no success.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Can you check if printer and devices are connected to the same SSIDs?

Thanks, I have checked the SSID's and all other connection information on the printer and with the router.

I ended up re-installing the drivers twice and eventually it has all worked. I have got the feeling that the driver did not install properly.
