HP pushed an instant ink update that MESSED up my printer! Now while it is on line it shows its NOT and asks to be updated. Saying YES just tkes you back to the update question!! This is a major F Up! Support SUCKS as there is no easy way to get to anyone without PAYING!!! Why the hell do I pay monthly to have to PAY MORE to get help with there screw ups!
HP you know how to get hold of me so DO IT! and FIX my printer or SEND me a new one for messing it up with this POOR (being nice) forced update!

Instant Ink is an ink subscription service and has no software component, so any sort of firmware or software updates you may have noticed would not have originated from your subscription.
