Product: MFP M225dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

The driver require "Desktop Experience" but said feature is ALREADY installed. I have tried rebooting the server, but still no go. Several other HP MFP Drivers install flawlessly. I need to install "full software" instead "driver only" for remote scanning feature.2017-03-23 22_48_14-cloud.e-online.co.id_901 - Remote Desktop Connection.png

Hi,

Have you tried reinstalling Desktop Experience ? it might got curropt and reinstalling it would resolve the problem..
