HELLO. I HAVE A OFFICEJET 5610 ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER. PRODUCT# CN82LF80SR.MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA . I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. I BOUGHT THIS IN 2008 AND IT IS 2013 SO FROM THEN TO KNOW IT WAS PERFECT. IT STARTED GIVIN ME TROUBLE ON SATURDAY 12 2013 A CARTRIDGE ERROR MESSAGE COMES UP AND IT IS SAYING,REMOVE & RE-INSERT CARTRIDGE ON RIGHT AND THE BLACK INK IS ON THE RIGHT. I DID WHAT IT SAID NUMEROUS TIMES AND THAT ERROR MESSAGE WITH THE EXCLAMATION LIGHT STILL KEEPS COMING ON. KNOW TODAY IS THE 14 2013 SO THIS IS GOING ON FOR 2DAYS. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME. I HAVE DONE THE CLEANING WITH CLOTH AND ALCOHOL,TAKING THE BLACK INK OUT AND RE-INSERTING IT. I DID CARTRIDGE CLEANING. IT IS PRINTING SO SLOW.,EX:IT PRINTS A LITTLE THEN IT STOP AND KEEPS GOING ON LIKE THAT. I KNOW HOW TO PUT IN AN INK CARTRIDGE IF I DID NOT THEN I WOULD NOT OF BEEN ABLE TO USE THE PRINTER FOR SO MANY YEARS. COULD IT BE SOME THING WRONG WITH THE MEMORY,ELECTRICAL. I DON'T NOW BUT PLEASE HELP HELP HELP. IF THIS PRINTER CAN'T WORK DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE, THIS IS ALMOST 5YRS FOR ME HAVING THIS.
