HP Recommended
Product: MFP476DN - Product no CF385A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Mfp476DN false paper jam error  tray 1

there is no paper jam and the error message stays

Power down and on didn't solve

 

After power on the printer starts with the message paper jam at tray one

How to solve this issue
