Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I purchased the above printer recently and only tried to set it up today. Unfortunately the setup cartridges were not in the box, I purchased a set of standard cartridges on the off chance that this might solve the issue, to no avail.
How can can I get round this issue.
i just have a new pro 8710 delivered but with the set up cartridge missing
the screen will not let me use new cartridges which I have
it is asking for the set up cartridge to be used
what do i do if i did not get one delivered with the new printer
i have tried to speak to HP but they are most unhelpful
