Multi-sheet tray not aligning properly with Printer

HP Designjet T120 ePrinter
Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older

Hello Everyone:

We had a paper jam on your HP Designjet T120 ePrinter and we removed the Multi-sheet tray, but now when we reinstall the Multi-sheet tray it seems it does not align properly with the printer. When we try to print it give us an error say the there is no paper. You can hear the gears which it seems they are not collected/aligned.

When you look at the  Multi-sheet tray you can tell its off for the right side is about 2/16 of an inch off.

This is a brand in printer. What can I do to solve this, any help would be great.

Thanks

Nomadamon

If it's brand new call HP Support and open a case, sounds like something is broken.

If my post resolves your issue please click the accepted as solution button under it.
