My Deskjet 3520 is not accepting KODAK Ultra Premium Photo Paper

I'm trying to use KODAK Ultra Premium Photo Paper on my deskjet 3520 printer but I could not get paper printed. I used differnt paper type and sometime it get stock inside the printer and sometime it does not even get inside.

I understand that your printer is not accepting KODAK Ultra Premium Photo Paper. Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you checked the paper handling ability of the printer?

Are you facing any print quality or copy quality issues while using regular paper?

Please refer the paper-handling specifications of your printer and make sure the paper thickness you are using is supported by your printer. Click here.
