Product: HP officejet 7500A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I sent the HP office jet 7500A to be cleaned, I changed laptops and installed windows 365.

 

The printer will print word documents, excel spread sheets, & JPG but it will NOT recognise or print PDF.

 

The printer shows error when I try and print a PDF document.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are unable to print PDF files on your printer. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Do you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer?

 

Recommend you go through the print settings and try to "print as image" as suggested in this HP Article. 

If the issue persists, install the latest version of Acrobat Reader or try a different application to print PDF.
