Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

As above. Despite plenty of paper I keep getting the same error message- namely that the printer is out of paper.  There is plenty of paper in the slot.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting out of paper error message on HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 1115 Printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

  • Reset the printer.
  • Check the condition of the paper and reload it.
  • Adjust the paper settings in the print driver.
  • Clean the rollers.

Click here follow the steps mentioned in the document to perform above mentioned steps.
