@AlanBrooksPLS

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have an HP OfficeJet 7510 Wide Format All-in-One Printer. I read that while printing on 11x17 inches paper, the printer does not print the full page. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you placing the paper on the paper tray or the ADF (Automated Document Feeder)?
  • Did you select the correct paper type and paper size from the print settings?
  • Is the printer able to make a copy on the 11x17 inches paper?

Meanwhile, I did some research and found the supported paper sizes and types by this printer mode. Please refer to "Supported paper sizes" under "Paper-handling specifications" from this link.

The paper handling specifications show that the printer supports Edge-to-Edge Tabloid: (borderless printing) 279.4 x 431.8 mm (11 x 17 inches) through the paper tray only and not through the ADF. A normal 11x17 inches paper may not be supported by the printer. So please ensure that you're using the Edge-to-Edge Tabloid: (borderless printing) 279.4 x 431.8 mm (11 x 17 inches) paper.

If you are placing the paper in the paper input tray and still if the paper does not print correctly then please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers.

Also, try printing from another application and check if that helps. I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers! 🙂
