My HP won't connect to my Mac

HP Recommended

I recently moved and am using a new WIFI. I have set up my Mac and my printer both with the same WIFI. They are both connected and when I tried to print, my computer couldn't "find" the printer. I deleted the printer from the list of printers on my Mac to try and add it back, but now it won't even show up to add back. How can I connect my HP Envy 4500 printer to my MacBook Air again?

Hi @Harls,

Thank you for writing to HP forum. I am trying to help you to solve the problem in connecting HP Envy 4500 to your Macbook Air.

Have you installed the full feature software and driver? If not, please visit http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-4500-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5304875/mod...

You may also want to visit the previous case which is similar to your issue: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/connecting-hp-envy-4500-printer-to-macbook-pro/td-p/427...

Hope this would help to give you some directions. Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
