Hi,

I am getting pink instead of blue when I print in colour?

I've tried the cleaning tools and installed new HP Cartridges but nothing works.

Self test diagnostice shows Magenta, yellow, and black, but no Cyan.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

Kevin

Hi @milligan001,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that your HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer prints in pink instead of blue when you print in color.

This issue could occur if the printhead is damaged or not working properly.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Print Quality Issues

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
