Deskjet F2100
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer was working after I changed the cartridges. Now When I try to make a copy, it comes out blank. Ink levels are about 2/3 full.

Hello, @Boosville - Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

I understand that you are having trouble making a copy after replacing the cartridges. Is it any specific color that is missing, like black? Or are there no colors printing? Let me know.

Also, I would request you print a self-test page as suggested below and check for defects. Here are the steps to print the self-test page:

  1. Load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the input tray.

  2. Press and hold the Cancel () button and then press the Start Copy Color () button.

  3. Release both buttons. The self-test report prints.

If the self-test page shows missing lines or streaked bars, click here to continue troubleshooting.

If your self-test page shows colors that are very different from the colors on the cartridge label, click here to continue troubleshooting.

If any of the patterns or bars are entirely missing, click here to continue troubleshooting.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂
