My Officejet 6700 will not stop printing pages with 1/4(smiley face)! Help! I keep cancelling documents from printer. There is nothing in my queue from my desktop. I cannot get the HP Scan doctor to open. I have turned off then unplugged and left unplugged for 5 minuted the printer. As soon as I turn it back on, it starts again. HELP!

Greetings @taunya

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that your printer is printing smiley face non-stop even after you clearing the print queue and restarting your printer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

May I know how is the printer connected to your computer? (USB or wireless.)

Have you enabled ePrint or any other mobile printing solutions on your printer?

Recommend you try the steps mentioned in this HP article and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.
