My Sprocket won't turn on but has been charged

So.... i couldn't find an Irish phone number as you told me to.

will you solve my problem or should i file a formal complaint against HP?

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options, if any. You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends).

Exactly.  Just hope it doesn't stop functioning after you warranty expires.  Glad this doesn't happen with phones.
