My deskjet D1660 will not print

I have tried hp doctor and it says not problem detected. When I click print, the printer goes through all the motions but the paper does not move.

Uncheck Enable Bidirectional on the Ports tab of Printer Properties. I had the same problem

and found that this solved it.
