Product: hp envy 4500

I' ve never had problems before with this printer.  I've had it for about two years now .  Just recently, it stopped printing my coupons or downloads from some websites.  I've tried all the trouble shooting ideas.  Yesterday, I was able to print a reciept from the Sams website but not coupons from coupons.com.  Please help.

I understand that you are unable to print coupons from your HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur because of the browser settings.

I suggest that you try a different browser like internet explorer and check the results.

Also, let us know the operating system installed on the computer from the links below: 

1. Click Here If Windows Operating System is installed

2. Click Here If Mac Operating System is installed
