Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I need help my printer will not print color, I checked the settings and I can't find it so if I can't find it I didn't change it I am getting really frustrated. Why will it not print color?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your Photosmart 5520. I understand that your printer is not printing in color and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting. 

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Check estimated ink levels.
  • Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.
  • Align the ink cartridges.
  • Clean the ink cartridges.

Click here and follow the document to perform above mentioned troubleshooting steps.
