I have an Epson printer.  Suddenly my computer is asking me to sign in with HP in order to print.  What is going on?

Hi! @MaineWoman, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have an Epson printer it is asking you to sign into HP in order to print.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Is your printer connected to an HP PC?

Are you trying to E-print or print using HP connected account from your printer?

Please try uninstalling all the components related to HP from control panel programs on your PC.

Also, contact Epson support and get assistance.

Have a great day ahead!

Take Care! 🙂

My brain was turned off that day.  The next time I tried to print, I noticed that the printer choice  on the page was on HP.  I cliked the drop down and changed it to Epson.  Problem solved!
