As I Understand you are unable to print via the mobile device,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Which Operating system do you have on your mobile device?

It would help a lot if you could add the model name precisely for better assistance, is it an iPhone or a Galaxy S6?

Did you check for HP Articles with solutions?
