All in One 3730
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I've just bought a 3730 and despite having both Colour and Black in cartridges installed (the ones that came with the printer), I am not able to print in colour - everything comes out Black and White.  Both fully installed with plastic strip removed and so they are recognised with ink leves.

I'm using a Mac, and screenshot is attached of the options it gives me. Same for Word / PDFs etc. - doesn't seem to depend on programme.

Any help gratefully received
