HP Recommended
Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M426dfw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We updated the software for our printer and it installed the new HP Scan software as well. Now I can't get the option to print 2 sided in the drop down menu in HP Scan.  I added the HP Extended option too and it only shows 1 sided in the drop down menu.  Checked everything and it still won't show up after uninstalling and reinstalling.  Any suggestions?
