There was a paperjam that has been cleared. But our computer keeps telling us the printer is jammed when we try to print from our Dell. We are able to copy with the printer and my son can print from his laptop so we know there isn't a paperjam. How do we fix this so we can print from our PC?

Welcome to the HP Community, @Slap5!
I will certainly do my best to help you with the paper jam error message you're seeing on your computer. I am going to ask that you please let me know some more helpful information to help me research the problem for you. Also try any of these steps you may not have tried and respond to me with the results please.
- Have you completed every step from this guide: A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP Deskjet F300 All-in-One Series
- What is the Operating System of the computer?
- Have you tested hardware functionality (made copies) and do they work successfully?
- Have you tried printing from different programs?
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?
- If you're running Windows, run the Print and Scan Doctor and include the results.
- Is the printer plugged directly into the wall outlet (avoiding power bars and surge protectors)?
- Have you completed all Windows/Mac OS Updates?
- Try a power reset on the printer:
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the unit.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds and plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the unit.
If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the power button to turn it on.
