macOS 10.12 Sierra

Ho comprato il blocco di cartucce XP 302 XL avente identificativo F6U67AE e comprendente due blocchi (F6U67A e F6U68A). Quello relativo al nero (F6U68A) non viene caricato e neanche letto, non permettendo neanche la partenza della calibrazione. E' stato portato in visione anche c/o il centro Trony (in cui è stato fatto l'acquisto, centro appartenente al c.com. Auchan di Cesano Boscone, via don L.Sturzo), e sono stata invitata a contattare direttamente HP per avere la sostituzione. Ringrazio anticipatamente.

 

I bought the HP Ink Cartridge XP 302 XL yet the black doesn't work at all, that is, it isn't readable. The code of the black ink is F6U68A. The printer isn't allowed to any calibration, too. I've been to the store where I bought the bundle and they invited me to contact the assistance to have the changing or refund of the cartridge. Unfortunately, by the board it seems that the product doesn't exist. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

I understand that you are looking to replace the HP 302 XL cartridge. To assist you with this issue, I need to know the specific printer that you are using. This cartridge is supported by several printers, hence please let me know the printer model name / number of your printer. If unsure, please check: http://hp.care/2oPCMBG

 

Also, what is the exact issue that you are facing? Is the print unreadable or are you getting any error while using the cartridge?
