OFFICE JET 100 MOBLE

OfficeJet 100
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

After installing Softwear/Drivers Printer shows that the Black Ink Cartradge is not there,Repaced it with New same thing.

As I understand after installing the software and driver printer is not detecting the black ink.

I'll be more than glad to help you out.

The first troubleshooting step I would recommend uninstall and reinstall the Software and driver : Click here
