Product: OfficeJet 250
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi, just got a OfficeJet 250.  Plugged it in and it won't take my wifi password.  Phone number.  Same password for years.

 

And when I attempted to print,  it says paper jam.  This is the first time I have ever used it and all ports are empty.

 

Help?

Hi @Maggiebean

Any luck if you restart the computer, printer & router? Failing that you could manually connecting the printer to your network (see Step3 in the attached)
