OfficeJet Pro 8620 ... in use over a year ... now being asked to authenticate
05-08-2017 08:55 AM

Have never seen this box in the year+ the printer has been in use. No change to attachment. Thought it wanted the wireless PW, but that doesn't work.
- Why am I seeing this authentication box? I'm not aware of anything having changed that mght have triggered this.
- What PW is it looking for?
Thanks.
