All in one printer works fine normally. I changed black print cartridge (56) and now can't do anything. Message says Cartridge Error: check product information. It was saying remove and check right cartridge. Occasionally I can get into the setup menu but once I select an option it reverts back to error message. Need help.

I would like to help with the Print Cartridge Errors you are experiencing. If the error still occurs after repeating all of the steps, replace the cartridges. If you have already replaced the cartridges once without solving the problem, contact HP. The printer might need to be serviced.

Contact HP Worldwide. If your printer is out of warranty you can still call as there may be out of warranty options available such as a trade in. You may be able to get a newer model at a discounted cost.
