Will the4650 print on both sides. Can't get it to print both sides.

Yes it can. Have you installed its software and drivers to your computer yet ? You have to do that first and please also check the duplexer. After that, you can print from application. Please use instructions (page 16) of the following manual:

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums. Apologies for jumping in here.
Yes, the Officejet 4650 does print duplex (both sides automatically)
You may need to set the "Automatic Duplexing Unit" as "Installed"
Watch this resource to see how to do that:
(different printer but the steps to set it as installed is the same)
Go to time @3:38 to see how to enable the Automatic Duplexing Unit as "Installed"
